Now I feel this feature is way overdue! I'm in love with Erika's work! It's so unbelievably fresh, colorful and unique that it's had me hooked for a long time and more than likely forever. And look how beautifully all the thumbnails all lined up, I could look at this for ages lol! Thank you heaps Emmy :D

Haha :D

OMG It's a macro!!! Thats sooo awesome!!! I've been thinking about getting one for quite a while now, I have like 1 million uses for one!

I'm amazed with the detail you've got there with those shots, you can see little craters and valleys, little chunks of paint and right down to where the paints thicker and thinner. No. 6 looks like you're looking deep into space!

I'm impressed, I think you've made my next purchase a lot clearer :D

:D Awesome! Nice guesswork dude... (not that I'm not shouting it from the rooftops with my new painting or anything haha :giggle: )

The detail is amazing - I'm so inspired - its dead exciting. You should definitely get a macro lens to add to your collection! And it takes lovely portraits shots too! :icongrinclub:

Oh nothing gave it away that you just bought a Canon 60mm f/2.8 macro or anything!

It is soo exciting! Just thinking about the possibilities of the lens has had my mind racing since yesterday lol.

Oh and portraits, I always forget them, well I don’t do a lot of em lol!

Yeah i need to learn more about it. Its really fun having a fixed focal length again. I learnt to take pictures on a similar length lens so its reminding me how to get used to moving around to compensate the lack of zoom. Its lovely quality too and reminds me how much you can learn from digital cameras.

Haha :D Yeah, I must look like a nutcase at work with my 28mm and 50mm! I never sit still! It really will push you into some good composition habits!

I don't think I'll ever stop learning with cameras, for me it's addictive!

That is a very good point. I've already found myself working more on composition. Which is a good thing for me to practise anyway for my paintings! :D
